細かく点滅する映像や急激に変化する映像手法の取扱いについて

株式会社スーパーネットワークは、放送の内容に、映像や光の点滅、特に鮮やかな赤の点滅、及びコントラストの強い画面の反転や急激な場面転換、並びに規則的なパターン模様の使用がある場合、以下の基準を十分留意し、編集を行う。

  1. 映像や光の点滅は、原則として1秒間に3回を超える使用を避けるとともに、次の点に留意する。
    1. (1) 「鮮やかな赤色」の点滅は特に慎重に扱う。
    2. (2) 避けるべき点滅映像を判断するにあたっては、点滅が同時におこる面積が画面の1/4を超え、かつ、輝度変化が10パーセント以上の場合を基準とする。
    3. (3) 前項(1)の条件を満たした上で、(2)に示した基準を超える場合には、点滅は1秒間に5回を限度とし、かつ、輝度変化を20パーセント以下に抑える。加えて連続して2秒を超える使用を行わない。
  2. コントラストの強い画面の反転や、画面の輝度変化が20パーセントを超える急激な場面転換は、原則として1秒間に3回を超えて使用しない。
  3. 規則的なパターン模様（縞模様、渦巻き模様、同心円模様など）が、画面の大部分を占めることも避ける。
