貨物便が爆破され破片で親子が死ぬ。クーパーはレッドに協力を要請、レッドは引き換えにFBIの凶悪犯データベースへのアクセスを求める。犯行は資本主義に反対するジェネラル・ラッドのグループの仕業で、首謀者はグループの創始者、ナサニエル・ウルフだと言う。
