エリーの願いでスパイをやめたチャックは、失踪した母メアリーがスパイだったことを知る。モーガンに協力を頼み、サラやケイシー、エリーに内緒で母を捜そうと決意したチャックは、任務へ赴くサラを見送った後、メアリーを捜してモーガンと世界中を巡る。最終的にたどり着いたのはロサンゼルスの隠れ家だったが、やはり手掛かりは何も得られない。落胆するチャックの姿が監視カメラを通じてどこかの一室のモニターに映し出される。それを見ているのはメアリーその人だった……。
