イタリアの全国ネット「イタリア・セッテ」の高視聴率番組「コルポ・グロッソ（イタリア語で“大当たり”の意味）」！素人の男女2人が戦うこのクイズ番組のどこがそんなにすごいのかというと、クイズに負けて不利な状況を挽回するための切り札がなんと「服を脱ぐこと」！クイズに勝つためには脱ぐ、脱いだら勝つ、つまり……というわけ。さらに、これまた素人の応募者によるショーガール「チン・チン・ガール（チン・チンはイタリア語で“乾杯”の意味）」たちのすてきな歌と露出度の高い踊りがプラスされ、まさに、まばたきの止まる番組。
このチン・チン・ガールズ、イタリアでは超高視聴率の人気番組で、人目につき一発当たればスターへの道も開けるとあって、自薦他薦で出演希望者が殺到していたのだが、ここには厳格な選考基準が設けられていた。まず素人であることが絶対条件で、原則として4週間で交替（但し視聴者に人気のあった女性は再登場もあり）、さらに①美人であること②プロポーションがよいこと③清潔感があること。この難関をパスした女性たちが15日間のレッスンを受けた後に本番に登場する仕掛け。一生懸命踊る彼女たちのスタジオの熱気が相まって、こんなに明るくていいのかと目を疑いたくなるイタリア直輸入お色気バラエティ決定版！
