チャックと彼の叔父ジャックの前で、バートの遺言が開示される。会社を継ぐのは自分だと思っていたジャックだが、バートはチャックが継ぐようにと手紙を遺していた。ジャックは会社をチャックから取り上げようと、汚い作戦に出る。一方驚くべき秘密を知り、そのことをセリーナに打ち明けられないダンは、隠し事をしているのがつらいためセリーナを避けていた。
