壮絶な最期を遂げ、地獄に落ちたディーン。しかしその数ヵ月後、ディーンは棺の中で覚醒した。自力で墓から抜け出すが、墓の周りは爆弾が落ちたように無数の木が倒れ荒廃していた。そして肩には何者かの手形がついている。さっそくサムに電話するが、サムは携帯の番号を変えていた。こうなれば頼るのはボビーしかいない。だが訪ねてきたディーンを見たボビーは、血相を変えてディーンに襲いかかった。
