ダイアン・ションク中尉が埠頭の駐車場の車の中で他殺死体で発見される。その日、ダイアンとデートするはずだったハーモンは驚きを隠せない。しかしクレニックが指揮をとりハーモンとメグを助手としてJAGの捜査を開始する。一方、空母シーホーク付の捜査官ターケイは事件当日に会う予定だったというハーモンに疑いの目をかけており・・・。
