かつて妻の殺人未遂で有罪判決を受けたクローン上級曹長。彼は裁判で「自分は亡きウィギンズ神父に導かれ強盗に襲われた妻を間一髪で救っただけだ」と主張するが、彼が見た奇跡は受け入れてもらえず、レブンワース刑務所に拘留されていた。そのクローン事件の担当だったカールトン刑事がハーモンの元を訪れ、クローン夫人を襲った真犯人がいるかもしれないと告げる。
