海外ドラマ最新レポート Vol.157　「NCIS: LA 極秘潜入捜査班」 250エピソード達成を祝う　ヘティも一緒

米で現在シーズン11を放送中の「NCIS: LA 極秘潜入捜査班」が、12月1日の放送分で250エピソードを達成する。
 
ロングランTVシリーズの証ともいえる記念のエピソード撮影の際には、キャスト、スタッフが特製ケーキでお祝い。メインキャストが喜びのスピーチを行った。
 
主役のG・カレンを演じるクリス・オドネルは、「スタッフからよく言われるんだ、『僕らはこの作品に関われてハッピーだ』って。僕だってハッピーさ。キャストの皆も、同じくハッピーに決まってるよ。よく言うだろ、チームワークこそがドリームワークを作るって。チームで頑張ってなきゃ、ここまで来れなかったよ！」と、現場の雰囲気の良さを再確認。
 
カレンの相棒、サム・ハンナを演じるLL・クール・Jは、「カメラの前に立つ僕らキャストだけの力じゃない、カメラの後ろに立つスタッフの頑張りもあってこそ達成できた」と縁の下の力持ち的存在である、スタッフ一同を称えた。
 
この日の様子は、ケンジー役ダニエラ・ルーアのインスタグラム（＠danielaruah）でファンにもお披露目。舞台となるLAの街並みを模した特製ケーキを前に居並ぶキャストの中には、ヘティことリンダ・ハントの元気な姿も。
 
リンダは2018年7月に交通事故に遭い、入院。74歳と高齢のため大事を取る意味もあって、シーズン10の大半を離脱して療養に励んでいたのだ。シーズン11からはレギュラーとして再びフル出演の予定。この日、リンダから特別なコメントはなかったが、ファンにとっては嬉しい顔見せだろう。
 
「NCIS ネイビー犯罪捜査班」のスピンオフとして2009年からスタートした「NCIS: LA 極秘潜入捜査班」。シリーズ屈指の団結力で、これからもエピソードを重ねていきそうだ。
