海外ドラマ最新レポート Vol.271　 「ケイティ・キーン」のルーシー・ヘイル、話題の冬コートを着る

「ケイティ・キーン」で、ファッションに敏感な女の子ケイティ・キーンを演じるルーシー・ヘイルが、米で話題の冬コートを着用、自身のインスタグラムに投稿した。話題の冬コートとは、Orolay（オロレイ）ブランドの女性用ダウンジャケット。ダックホワイトダウンを使用した保湿性抜群のあったかコートだ。
 
投稿した一枚は、冬の澄み切った空気の中、森林浴なのかルーシーが物憂げにたたずんでいる。ピンクパープルのビーニーとグリーンのダウンジャケットが絶妙にマッチ、冬景色とはいえ、とても暖かそうだ。とはいえ、普通ならファン以外の目には止まらない日常のルーシーを映した写真。その一枚がバズったのは、Orolayのジャケットを着ていたからにほかならない。
 
このOrolayのコートは通称アマゾンコートと呼ばれる、Amazon.comのベストセラー商品。149.99ドル（12月20日現在）というお手頃価格だが、なんと最初に火が付いたのはニューヨークの高級住宅街アッパーイーストサイドのセレブ女性たちの間だったとか。冬のニューヨークは寒さが厳しく、ダウンジャケットは必需品だ。実はアマゾンコートを有名人が着用したのはルーシーが初めてではなく、これまでにもエマ・ストーン、ナオミ・ワッツらもその姿をパパラッチされている。また、米セレブの代表格オプラ・ウィンフリーも愛用していると言われる。
 
最初の森林浴の写真から数日後、今度は愛犬エルビス君と一緒に雪景色を楽しむ姿を投稿したルーシー。さすがにちょっぴり寒そうだから、アマゾンコートは手放せなかったに違いない。高級ダウンジャケット・ブランドのモンクレールでもカナダグースでもない、庶民派感覚の冬コート。背伸びしない選択が、いつも自然体のルーシーによく似合う。
