海外ドラマ最新レポート Vol.390　 「グッド・ファイト」シーズン6にアラン・カミングがゲスト出演　アンドレ・ブラウアーはレギュラー入り

「グッド・ワイフ」で切れ者のコンサルタント、イーライ・ゴールド役を演じていたアラン・カミングが、「グッド・ファイト」の最新シーズンとなるシーズン6にゲスト出演することが分かった。
 
米で2017年にスタートした「グッド・ファイト」は、2009年から2016年まで放送されていた「グッド・ワイフ」のスピンオフ。イーライは人気キャラクターの一人だった。皮肉屋だが憎めない男、イーライが待望の再登場だ。「グッド・ファイト」にはイーライの娘マリッサ（サラ・スティール）がシーズン１から登場しており、今回のゲスト出演もパパ・イーライとして協力するとのこと。実戦を重ね、すっかりたくましくなったマリッサとのタッグが楽しみだ。
 
大人の傑作ドラマとして人気の「グッド・ファイト」は、シーズンを重ね、ますます出演者を充実させている。シーズン6は2話分にゲスト出演するアランに加え、アンドレ・ブラウアーがレギュラーとして新加入。アンドレは「ホミサイド/殺人捜査課」などで見せたシリアスな演技に加え、コメディ「ブルックリン・ナイン-ナイン」ではおとぼけ演技も披露、幅広い才能を発揮する名優として知られる。「グッド・ファイト」でも緩急あるキャラクターを演じることになりそうだ。クリエーターのロバート・キングとミシェル・キングは共同で「私たちの夢は、コメディとドラマを同じくらいの要領で演じることのできる俳優と仕事すること」と明かしており、その意味でアンドレは最適のキャスティングだとしている。
 
「グッド・ファイト」シーズン6の米での配信開始は、2022年後半の予定。
