ラリーは店で新しいズボンを試着していると、火災警報がなり、ラリーは新しいズボンをはいたまま外に出される。外で待っている間、ラリーはその場にいた警官に話しかけるが、その警官は「ウエスト･サイド物語」に出てくるクラプキ巡査と同じ名前だと分かり、ラリーは大喜びする。
