トニーは郡拘置所に収監中のアンクルJRのボスの肩書きはFBI対策でそのままにしておくが、縄張りは最低限の生活ができるだけを残し、あとはほとんど自分のものとする。ビッグ・プッシーはある程度FBIと通じているらしい。ジャニス・パルバティは入院中のリヴィアが退院したら一緒に暮らして世話するから家は売るなとトニーを説得する。リヴィアが万一の場合、人工蘇生術は施さないで尊厳死させるDNR誓約があることを知ったパルバティが何かを企んでいると感じたリヴィアは、カーメラに電話でその旨を伝えようとするが…。
