ルイジアナ州ラファイエットで、１０歳の自閉症児サミーが血だらけで小学校に現れる。警察が自宅を調べると、楽器店を経営する両親が姿を消していた。サミーが拉致現場を目撃しているのは間違いないが、自閉症ゆえ事情聴取もままならない。そこでＢＡＵが協力を依頼される。
