第6話「摩天楼のスナイパー」
The Cost of Doing Business / [ シリーズ通算 #78]

マンハッタンのど真ん中で無差別狙撃事件が発生、4名が死亡、5名が重傷を負う。するとホームズのもとへ父モーランドが。犯人は元フランス特殊部隊のガニエというスナイパーだというのだ。ガニエは以前、モーランドが関係していたインドの事業絡みで、地元役人の暗殺に使われた男だった。ホームズとモーランドの2人で調査を進めることになった。
