実在のカリスマ・プロデューサー、ラリー・デイヴィッドの揉め事まみれの日常を自らが演じるユニークでシニカルなフェイク・ドキュメンタリー･コメディ。
シェリルの友達でコメディエンヌのワンダ・サイクスが真面目な顔で訪ねてきた。ワンダの兄の友人がＣＩＡで働いており、今週末にロスでテロが起きるという極秘情報が入ったと言うのだ。ワンダはロスから逃げるつもりで、シェリル達にもそうしろと言う。しかしこの週末は、シェリルが参加しているＮＧＯ、天然資源保護委員会の資金集めパーティーがあって歌手アラニス・モリセットまで招いており、自分が発起人なので逃げられない、とシェリルは言う。ラリーは逃げたがるが、シェリルは頑として聞かない。
