実在のカリスマ・プロデューサー、ラリー・デイヴィッドの揉め事まみれの日常を自らが演じるユニークでシニカルなフェイク・ドキュメンタリー･コメディ。
ラリーは俳優としてマーティン・スコセッシの映画に出演、NYで撮影していた。ラリーの母親が病気で、病院通いのため両親揃ってロスに越してきており、ラリーは心配で予定通りの時間にロスに帰りたかったが、撮影が長引いて遅れそうになり「『サインフェルド』なら撮影はとっくに終わってる」と、天下のスコセッシに文句を付ける。ロスに戻り両親に借りてやったマンションを訪ねると、父親の様子がおかしい。母親はどこか、と聞くと、何と「死んだ」と言う。葬式も既に終わっていた。 珍しく人並みに落ち込むラリーだが…。ゲスト：マーティン・スコセッシ、リチャード・カインド、ジョージ・コー、リチャード・ルイス
