実在のカリスマ・プロデューサー、ラリー・デイヴィッドの揉め事まみれの日常を自らが演じるユニークでシニカルなフェイク・ドキュメンタリー･コメディ。
「プロデューサーズ」の舞台初日はいよいよ３日後。ラリーはNYへ旅立つ。初日も迫るが、その日がラリーの「浮気許可」の期限。そっちも何とかしなければならない。NYではみんな同じホテルへ。ラリーは未だセリフがきちんと入っておらず、部屋で本読みをすべきだが、浮気のチャンスを逃してはならないとジェフに誘われバーへ。ある女性と出会い、首尾良く食事に持ち込むが…。
