実在のカリスマ・プロデューサー、ラリー・デイヴィッドの揉め事まみれの日常を自らが演じるユニークでシニカルなフェイク・ドキュメンタリー･コメディ。
カントリークラブのゴルフ仲間、マーティーの父親レオが亡くなり、ラリーも参列する。故人もカントリークラブ所属でゴルフ好きだったため、遺体は5番ウッドを抱いていたがよく見ると、その5番ウッドはラリーのクラブだった。先日ラリーは、カントリークラブでクラブの出し入れを担当しているスヴェンをつまらない事で怒らせていた。そのためスヴェンが、わざと間違えてラリーのクラブを棺に入れたらしいのだ。そこでラリーは、棺の中のクラブと、ジェフのクラブをこっそりすり替えた。しかし…。
