ハーモンを被疑者とする裁判が始まる。検察は被害者が飛行機に乗る前夜、殺される2時間前にハーモンと一緒にいたことを主張。続いて証言台に立ったギブスは、被害者の車が犯行現場近くの駐車場にあり、そこからハーモンの指紋が検出されたと証言。検察はハーモンがDNAの提供を断ったことを強調する。前回に引き続き、「NCIS～ネイビー犯罪捜査班」のキャラクターが登場。
