ファミリーの一員であるヴィトーの身内のブライアンが、路上でムスタング・サリーというゴロツキに言いがかりをつけられ、ゴルフクラブでめった打ちにされる。ブライアンは昏睡状態に。ジジはムスタング・サリーに制裁を加えることを決意。サリーの名付け親であるバカラの父がヒットマンに選ばれた。しかし彼は肺ガンを患っており、息子のボビー・バカラはこんな状態の父に殺しの仕事をさせたくないと嘆く。彼はアンクル・ジュニアを通してトニーを説得してもらおうとするが…。
