宅配会社の配達員として働くジョセフは、「潜在能力を引き出す」という広告を目にし、事務所で妙な実験を受けさせられる。するとその日から、ジョセフは感情が高ぶると体から大量の電磁エネルギーが放たれるようになってしまう。しかしジョセフはそれをコントロールできず、その影響で乗っていたエレベーターが落下、ジョセフ以外の全員が死亡する事件が起きる。
