実在のカリスマ・プロデューサー、ラリー・デイヴィッドの揉め事まみれの日常を自らが演じるユニークでシニカルなフェイク・ドキュメンタリー･コメディ。
ジェフはひどいイビキを治すため手術を受けることに。ラリーとジェフは病院の食堂で食事をしていたが、ウエイトレスはあからさまにジェフだけに親切だった。そしてラリーはその食堂で整形外科医のシーラ･フロムと出会う。ラリーはシーラをデートに誘った。2人は食事の後、シーラの家に向かう。盛り上がった 2人はベッドインしようとするが…。
