実在のカリスマ・プロデューサー、ラリー・デイヴィッドの揉め事まみれの日常を自らが演じるユニークでシニカルなフェイク・ドキュメンタリー･コメディ。
突き指したラリーは医者に行くが、エレベーターで先に下ろしてやった女性に先を越されてさんざん待たされる。駐車場を出る時も、現金がなくて揉め、駐車係の女性ジョアンナに無理矢理3ドルを立て替えてもらう。その後ダイアン・キートンとの打ち合わせがあったが、完全に遅れてしまい会えずじまいに。家に帰ると、ダイアンから留守電が入っており、自宅に電話してくれと伝言があったが、電話番号を言った所でノイズが入り、番号が分からない。

日本では弁護士会報酬規定に基づいた費用＜着手金＋成功報酬＞を払うのに対し、アメリカでは基本的にタイムチャージ制で1時間当り150〜300ドルほど。その他に各弁護士の求める着手金と報酬金を支払う。
