ホームズらはサポートグループ仲間テスの妹の行方不明事件を引き受けることに。妹ペイジはミュージシャン志望の元依存症で、アパートに行ってみるとあるものが見つかる。そんな時、兄マイクロフトがロンドンからやってくる。経営するレストランのてこ入れに来たと言うが、ホームズはワトソン目当てではと疑うのだった。
