ワシントンDCで生徒24人を乗せたセントラル高校のスクールバスがジャックされる。BAUが捜査にあたる中、やがてバスの運転手が遺体で発見され、さらにその後14人の生徒が納屋に閉じ込められているのが見つかるが、残り10人の行方は依然としてわからない。BAUは助け出された生徒の証言を手がかりにプロファイリングを進める。
