オクラホマ州で25人もの女性を殺した連続殺人犯ロドニー・ギャレットが処刑された直後、彼の手口に酷似した殺人事件が発生。BAUはオクラホマ州イーニッドへ飛ぶ。そして第2、第3の被害者が発見され事件は連続殺人事件へ発展。次々に殺されていく被害者からは金髪がきれいに奪われていたのだった。
