シングルマザーのケイトは姉妹同然のスーに1人娘ギャビーを預け、恋人と1週間のクルーズ旅行に出かける。ある夜スーがギャビーを連れてスーパーに買い物に行ったとき、店内にいたほんの数分の間にギャビーが連れ去られてしまう。わずかな隙を狙った犯行ゆえ、BAUメンバーは計画的なものだろうと推理するが……。
